My dietician recommended Gluten-free Diet: a Comprehensive Resource Guide by Shelley Case as my guide to everything. She does cover it all, even the differences between Canadian and US labeling for travelers and suspiciously-labeled ingredients to avoid, such as “modified food starch”.
